Lovely place, we stopped off on the way Mayo for some lunch, nice clean cafe, friendly staff served us and food was really enjoyable. Only downside was the drinks took a bit long to arrive but understandable as they were very busy!

I had an exceptional experience at Gooseberry Cafe. The feta avocado eggs with peanut chilli rayu were a standout—absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. I also tried the mini breakfast and a slice of Baileys cheesecake, both of which were top-tier. The decor is stunning, creating a wonderful atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The owner and the team provide great service and are incredibly welcoming. A fantastic addition to Longford!
I’m so delighted to see such a high standard cafe open in Longford. We had the most delicious breakfast here this morning. Great vegetarian options, coffee are hot and gorgeous. Food is excellent and very tasty. Cannot wait to go back already.
